The best one I can think of is 'blinded by the light' by DJ Sharaz. There's nothing I could really suggest that would be mainstream because it's not well-known outside of the florida club scene. The rest of the songs up on his website are just tracklistings for his monthly promo mixes. The only track I know of him remixing is 'It's a fine day' by Miss Jane. Tampa breaks are my style and I know about DJ Santana. I am not sure if his remixes are legal though.

Breakbeats are easier to dance to for these people. Basically, I play hip-hop, pop, r&b, rarely any 4/4 trance or house. I'm DJing at a local club here in my hometown.
